The Role Overview
You'll be the driving force behind the club's success, overseeing performance, operations, and member experience – creating a thriving environment that delivers results.
Main Responsibilities
* Launch and lead a brand-new club, setting the tone for culture and performance.
* Manage key areas including crèche, retail & apparel, and café operations to deliver strong growth and success.
* Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team from the ground up.
* Mentor and motivate department heads through regular meetings and coaching.
* E nsure world-class facilities are maintained to the highest standard.
* Organize engaging club events and initiatives to foster energy and connection among members.
