Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Cairns, QLD. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting clients, performing receptionist duties, and handling various clerical tasks. The role also includes maintaining a welcoming reception area, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
* Strong Clerical Skills and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
* Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage
* Prior experience in conveyancing would be a prerogative.
