Responsibilities include:
* Manage a portfolio of claims and notifications across civil, disciplinary, and medico-legal matters.
* Deliver timely telephone and written advice to clients
* Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to process improvements and audits.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.
About You
You have:
* 1-2PQE with relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificate
* Strong understanding of professional indemnity or personal injury law is highly regarded
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
