About the Role : What you’ll do:
* Deliver CAD design and drafting for distribution boards, MCCs, control panels and more.
* Interpret and apply technical specifications and Australian Standards.
* Support the Lead Designer and Switchroom Electrical Engineer across diverse projects.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve design efficiency and processes.
* Innovate! Help us automate repetitive tasks and push forward our goal of modular design.
* Liaise with clients to tailor designs and ensure performance and compliance.
* Participate in inspections, technical reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications : Degree or trade qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Switchboard Design (bachelor’s preferred).
Required Skills :
* At least 3 years of experience in switchboard design/assembly + 1 year in project engineering.
* Strong CAD design skills and familiarity with relevant standards and specifications.
* A collaborative mindset and passion for innovation and quality.
