This role involves working closely with the entire kitchen brigade to maintain high standards and contribute to the development of innovative and delicious dishes. The ideal candidate will be driven, committed and motivated to consistently create memorable guest experiences, while also striving for continuous improvement and professional development.
We are seeking an experienced Chef de partie with at least 4 years relevant experience, ideally in a luxury lodge environment or similar. Key requirements include:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Flexibility and reliability to work across a variety of shifts
* A desire to learn, develop and continuously improve
* A vehicle and driver's license (preferred), or other modes of accessibility to the property
