Client Service Leader - Equities and Derivatives
We are seeking a senior client service team member to act as second-in-command, assisting with daily operations, coaching, mentoring, and managing complex queries and complaints.
Responsibilities:
* Monitoring team performance and ensuring quality standards.
* Providing regular feedback to leadership.
* Handling client queries and resolving complex issues and complaints.
* Investigating problems and implementing appropriate solutions.
Requirements:
* A degree in commerce, finance, economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience in customer service within financial markets.
* Previous leadership or managerial experience in fast-paced, complex environments, preferably in financial markets.
* RG146 and ADA1 certifications are highly advantageous.
* Proven ability to manage challenging customers and situations.
