About the Role
As part of a close-knit team, the Pick / Packer focuses on picking and packing fresh produce to meet our customer orders, with key objectives being quality, timeliness, accuracy and efficiency. Success will look like:
* Picking / packing fresh produce as per customer orders
* Inspecting fresh produce to ensure quality standards are met
* Repetitive lifting
* Adhere to set OH&S rules and regulations.
* Working in a cold environment at times
* Working early morning shifts
* Team based improvements to safety and quality
Nominal working hours are:
Sunday to Thursday 6am to 2pm
About You
* Experience in a pick / packing role
* Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
* Reliable and punctual
* Strong teamwork skills
* Comfortable working in cold environment (4 degrees)
* Preference will be given to candidates living locally and with their own transport
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
