About Us
Connect2Care is expanding into a new service delivery area, creating an exciting opportunity to shape and grow our Behaviour Support (PBS) team. This is a chance to be part of a growing, innovative space where your expertise will directly influence service design, team culture, and client outcomes.
Position Summary
*** This role is for existing Proficient, Advanced or Specialist Level Registered Practitioners in Brisbane - Full-time preferred but open to Part-time ***
We're looking for experienced Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and Psychologists to join the foundation of our new PBS team at a senior or advanced level. This is a rare opportunity to shape a Behaviour Support service from the ground up, helping build processes, team culture, and service delivery as we grow.
As you come on board, you'll remain clinically active in your discipline (OT, SP, or Psych), contributing hands‐on to client care while we develop our PBS function. Over time, you'll transition into a full‐time Behaviour Support Specialist role as the team and service expand.
This is a real chance to make your mark, step into leadership, and accelerate your career, while playing a key role in the growth and future of Connect2Care.
