Contracts Administrator | Commercial Fit-Out | Brisbane
$140,000 - $165,000 + super (DOE)
An established Brisbane fit-out and construction contractor is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to support delivery across commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
The role
Reporting to the Project Manager (with support from the Construction Manager), you'll be a core part of the delivery team, working closely with the Site Manager and internal stakeholders. You'll also deal directly with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key focus areas include procurement, subcontract administration, financial control, and contract compliance to ensure projects run on programme, on budget, and to a high standard.
What you'll be doing
* Subcontract and supplier procurement and administration
* Cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
o Managing variations, progress claims, and commercial documentation
o Liaising with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
o Supporting QA, WHS, and IR compliance across live sites
What you'll bring
o Relevant tertiary qualifications
o Fit‑out / refurbishment experience across projects circa $1M–$15M
o Strong capability in cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial management
o Solid understanding of variations and progress claims
o Confident stakeholder management across site and client teams
o Exposure to CHEOPS and/or Procore is helpful, not essential
