Job Description

White Fox Boutique is a globally recognized fashion brand seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to drive its online presence and sales.

* This role involves developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, managing affiliate marketing programs, and analyzing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and gain followers.
* Work closely with the agency managing paid media channels to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand objectives and optimized for performance.
* Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and prepare reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
* Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance, including A/B testing, adjusting targeting, and refining ad creatives in collaboration with the agency.
* Work closely with other teams, such as content, creative, graphics, PR, and product teams, to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand messaging and objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and the women's fashion industry.
* Affiliate Marketing:
* Oversee the affiliate marketing program, ensuring it aligns with the brand's goals and objectives.
* Effectively optimize with top affiliates, including flat fee and CPA-based placements, to drive sales and boost performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.
* Manage order cancellations and ensure invoices are paid, among other routine administrative duties.
* General:
* Allocate and manage resources to maximize ROI.
* Independently build, schedule, and report on ad campaigns.
* Utilize customer data and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign targeting.
* Monitor competitors' activities and performance to identify opportunities and threats.
* Prepare and present weekly reports on affiliate and performance marketing activities, using tools like Google Analytics and paid media platforms.
* Create detailed briefs for the graphics team to ensure marketing materials are developed according to campaign requirements, trends, and brand guidelines.
* Efficiently hand over marketing materials to the appropriate agency, account managers, and other team members.
* Actively train and upskill team members in briefing, building, and reporting on ad campaigns.


Required Skills and Qualifications

* 3-4 years' management experience is required.
* Minimum 3-4+ years' experience managing SEM and Affiliate campaigns (in-house or agency-side).
* Strong ad campaign implementation experience using platforms such as Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Spotify.
* High-level proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Ability to analyze data and report on performance of ads and make adjustments inline with results to grow revenue and increase conversion rate.
* Experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager.
* Proactively seeking out opportunities to keep across new industry trends or technologies.
* High-level of attention to detail, excellent communicator, and collaborative team-player.
* Passion for understanding consumer insights and the ability to translate those insights into actionable business ideas.
* Excellent time management and ability to always meet targets and deadlines.
