We are seeking a dedicated Centre Manager to lead our team in Sale .
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the reins of a reputable early learning service and make a real impact on the local community.The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall success of the centre.
This includes:Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of passionate educators.Ensuring the centre meets and exceeds NQF standards.Building and maintaining strong relationships with families and the community.Overseeing all administrative tasks, including enrolment and budget management.Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.What We OfferAmazing Salary Package: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, based on your experience.Generous Bonus: A 12.5% bonus paid every six months, rewarding you for the centre's performance.Superannuation: Standard super contributions on top of your salary.The chance to lead a supportive and dedicated team.A positive work environment with a strong focus on high-quality care and education.About YouThe ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood educationexperienced in a leadership role:Prior experience as a Centre Manager or Assistant Manager.Excellent leadership and communication skills.In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.Strong business acumen and administrative skills.Essential Qualifications & CertificatesDiploma of Early Childhood Education & Care or higher ACECQA Approved qualification.Current Working With Children's Check (WWCC).
Clear National and/or International Police Check (PC).
