The role is responsible for establishing and promoting Crown's gaming offering across both domestic electronic gaming markets and international player markets. You will drive revenue growth by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, fostering player engagement, and building long-term loyalty through in-market activation.This includes leveraging player insights, reactivating lapsed customers, and expanding the database through strategic outreach. You will also lead business development initiatives and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with Crown's broader domestic growth objectives.You will be responsible for:* Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies for the NSW market.* Driving revenue growth through player engagement and loyalty programs.* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.* Monitoring financial performance and achieving revenue targets.* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and Crown policies.* Driving continuous improvement in processes, policies, and team development.## **About You**Casino/gaming experience is essential for this role and the ideal candidate a subject matter expert in gaming. You will be a natural at building relationships and be able to provide detailed analytical insight to the role. Multi-lingual candidates are highly desirable.
