The Role

Supporting O'Brien Group Services, this is an opportunity for a customer service and administration superstar to join a growing business.

Key responsibilities include
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers
  • Providing a great customer experience
  • Data entry and data validation
  • General Administration tasks such as Invoicing and Scheduling
  • Assist project managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects
  • Organise and communicate details of projects and specific assignments to team members
  • Serve as a liaison between team members and the project manager

What we are looking for
  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Intermediate IT skills
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • MUST have a current drivers licence!
  • Ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
