Based in Wangara, this role involves statewide travel and offers the chance to become a key member of a growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise installation crews and subcontractors on modular projects.
- Conduct pre-sales site inspections and recommend delivery strategies.
- Coordinate materials and labour for site installations.
- Attend pre-delivery inspections and ensure quality standards.
- Lead HSEQ compliance and promote a strong safety culture.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain timelines.
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide weekly updates.
- Complete client handovers and manage defect rectifications.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in construction site supervision.
- Proven experience in modular building installation (essential).
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Robust leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Databuild/Onsite Companion experience advantageous.
- Willingness to travel (3–4 nights per month).
- Solid understanding of HSEQ requirements and workplace safety legislation.
