Your Role and Responsibilities
Provide a high level of administrative support to our mortgage brokers, helping them manage client files and workflows.
Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, providing friendly and professional service throughout the loan process.
Coordinate post-settlement care, ensuring our clients feel supported long after their loan is finalised.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with the utmost care.
Work both independently and as part of a team to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
Proven mortgage administration experience, ideally within a finance or banking environment.
Previous experience in a broker support or lending role
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
A friendly, approachable attitude that aligns with our company culture
