Compliance, Training & Educational Support ManagerJoin a leading early childhood group shaping the next generation of education and care.Location :Beaconsfield (with travel between centres)Employment Type: Full-time, Off-the-Floor Leadership RoleABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a passionate and organised early childhood professional to take on a leadership position supporting quality, compliance, and educational excellence across multiple centres within the Little Scribblers group.In this off-the-floor role, you'll act as the Educational Leader across services, mentoring Centre Directors and educators to deliver programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF v2.0) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
You'll lead training, oversee audits, and work closely with the National Manager to ensure every centre provides exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators.This is an ideal role for an experienced Educational Leader, 2IC, or Nominated Supervisor ready to expand their influence beyond one service and grow into a multi-site leadership position.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead educational quality, mentoring, and reflective practice across all centresConduct compliance and WHS audits and support Directors in continuous improvementFacilitate training and professional learning for centre teamsSupport Directors to meet NQS and regulatory standardsBuild strong, trusting relationships across teams to promote consistency and excellenceDrive a culture of child safety, professionalism, and collaborationABOUT YOUDiploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (essential)Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF v2.0, and Child Safe StandardsProven ability to mentor and inspire othersHighly organised, confident communicator, and passionate about quality outcomes for childrenCurrent Working with Children Check and Child Protection TrainingWHY JOIN LITTLE SCRIBBLERSAt Little Scribblers, we're more than just a childcare provider, we're a community of educators who believe in curiosity, connection, and continuous growth.
