Job Description Independent Sales Agent – Fleet & Fuel Solutions Mid-Market | Uncapped Earnings | Build Your Own Territory About the Opportunity We are partnering with a nationally recognised energy and fleet solutions provider to appoint an Independent Sales Agent focused on the Mid-Market fleet segment. This is a genuine business ownership opportunity — not an employed sales role. You will represent a trusted, established national brand offering a fuel and fleet payment solution accepted at over 1,700 service locations across Australia. The solution is designed to help businesses simplify fuel purchasing, improve reporting visibility, and gain greater control over fleet expenditure. The Role As an Independent Sales Agent, you will focus on acquiring and growing mid-market fleet customers with annual fuel spend between approximately $150K–$2M. You will: Prospect and secure new fleet customers Target transport operators, trade services, maintenance businesses and growing fleet operators Build long-term relationships with business owners and fleet managers Identify growth opportunities through networking, industry engagement and market intelligence Develop and manage your own territory strategy The product offering includes: National network acceptance across metropolitan and highway locations Volume-based pump price discounts Online portal access with 12 months of transaction data and reporting Fuel usage monitoring and alerts Simplified GST and fuel tax reporting Flexible billing cycles (subject to approval) Mobile app for contactless fuel payments Support & Infrastructure You will receive: Structured onboarding and training Ongoing support from a dedicated mid-market leadership team Access to marketing collateral, digital application tools and competitor insights Onshore customer service and account management support Local market intelligence to assist territory growth Earnings Structure Upfront acquisition commissions Ongoing trailing commissions linked to customer fuel usage Recurring income model as your territory grows This is designed for commercially driven professionals who want to build sustainable income over time. About You We are seeking a commercially driven B2B sales professional with: Proven new business development capability (strong hunter mindset) Experience selling into transport, fleet, logistics or trade-based industries 5 years in B2B sales or key account management Ability to build long-term customer relationships Self-motivation and discipline to operate independently Willingness to travel within your territory Fuel industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
