**The Role**
You will work alongside the financial leadership team and add value to the business by providing creative and strategic financial analysis, forward planning, and the identification of emerging risks. Experience in health and support services is highly appreciated for this complex role as your main responsibilities will include:
- Lead the delivery of financial planning, analysis and reporting strategy.
- Lead the delivery of financial planning cycle, including the development and communication of budget and forecast processes and guidelines.
- Responsible for the completion of monthly management accounts (inclusive of profit and loss, balance sheet, and program performance reporting).
- Ownership of financial reporting system and adoption across the business.
- Partner with business areas to incorporate and interpret operational, workforce and financial performance as one.
- Develop and implement visual management techniques such as dashboards and scorecards to provide a comprehensive suite of reports across the organization
- Presentation of financial results and analysis of variance, trends and anomalies to internal stakeholders up to and including executives.
- Accountability for the integrity of costing models for services, ensuring consistency across the organisation and adherence with financial strategy
- Lead, manage and development of the commercial finance team of 3-4 people.
**Requirements**:
You will be a CA or CPA qualified financial analyst or business partner with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience. You have a solid technical accounting background and can build dashboards and scenario's in excel. You are a confident communicator, ready to deliver commercial insights and to earn a permanent position within the business. You can cope with deadlines and can handle multiple different tasks at the same time. You are naturally driven and have a high attention to detail.
