Retail Team Leader – Repco Kwinana – Full Time. Repco Kwinana, Western Australia, Australia
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to enhance showroom and product displays
- Manage planograms and ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard
- Demonstrate emerging leadership abilities by creating appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing knowledge with the team
- Support office guidance and inter-store assistance for merchandise, planogram and store standards
- Promote and uphold a safety culture for yourself, teammates and customers
Qualifications
- Prior experience in large format retail stores focusing on displays, planograms and promotions
- Multitasking and prioritisation skills
- Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition
- Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
- Possess a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time
- Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products (ideal)
- Note: role may require lifting, bending and climbing
