Our client, a dynamic organisation in the public sector, is seeking a Learning Support Coordinator to join their team and contribute to workforce development initiatives. This role plays a key part in supporting employees to achieve their learning goals, maintain competencies, and access professional development opportunities.
About the Role
As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will manage and administer the student management system, ensuring accurate records of enrolment, progression, and completion in line with RTO quality assurance requirements. You will also support the development of learning resources, guides, and professional development programs for L&D employees, trainers, and assessors.
• Full-time role based in Richmond with an immediate start.
• Short-term contract through to March 2026.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain employee learning records in the student management system.
• Provide individual and team learning support to help employees overcome learning challenges.
• Assist employees in navigating learning systems, RPL, and assessment processes.
• Develop learning resources, guides, and professional development initiatives.
• Provide technical and functional advice to improve learning outcomes.
• Support trainers and assessors with program management and use of learning technologies.
• Use evaluation feedback to recommend continuous improvements to learning support offerings.
• Contribute to policies, procedures, and systems that support learning and maintain RTO compliance.
What We're Looking For
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
• Graduate Diploma in Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice or related fields (highly desirable).
• Experience providing student learning support and addressing learning needs or challenges.
• Experience with student information management systems or similar platforms.
• Experience training employees to access and use organisational systems and processes.
