The role of Move Management Consultant supports international and/or domestic relocations for one of our largest clients. The position is responsible for delivering customer service and coordinating relocations end to end.
Key responsibilities include providing communication to relocatees regarding the status of all elements of their move, interpreting and explaining relocation policies, actively managing relocatee issues, and ensuring 360-degree communication to provide resolutions.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience delivering a high level of client service, excellent ability to build rapport and relationships with clients, good written and verbal communication and diplomacy skills, and the ability to think and present ideas clearly and logically.
Responsibilities in Detail
* Customer Focus: Identify and act on customer needs; acknowledge and respect both internal and external customers; deliver accurate information and quality service targets.
* Teamwork: Report issues and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction; collaborate with peers with integrity and respect; contribute input to team operations.
* Work Organization: Coordinate packing/shipping/storage of relocates' belongings, cars, and animals; liaise between relocatee, removalist and third-party suppliers; track progress to delivery.
