The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with strategic planning, workforce management, and advisory services, while also mentoring and assisting other team members. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:
* Attending and facilitating strategic planning sessions with clients
* Participating in a broad range of client meetings and engagements
* Preparing management reports and supporting workforce planning activities
* Engaging directly with clients to provide practical, actionable advice
* Assisting in the training and development of junior team members
* Managing workflow distribution and reviewing work from satellite offices
* Preparing compliance-related work as required
* Utilising a wide range of software applications
* Potential for regional travel (if desired)
This role will suit a candidate with experience in tax and advisory, ideally with a passion for client interaction. You will demonstrate strong verbal, organisational, and problem-solving skills, be CA qualified, and proficient in Xero.
