About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers? We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a great attitude.
Key responsibilities
* Completing a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
* Using various equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors throughout the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
* Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains.
* Collecting trolleys from inside and around the store and store carpark, regardless of weather conditions.

* Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, independently and in a team setting.
* Commitment to providing excellent customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
* Attention to detail and cleanliness.
* Passion for working safely and following Coles Safe Work Practices.
* Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
* Physical activity: capable of moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing.
* Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including weekends, with shifts between 5 am and 11 pm, 7 days a week.
