Unlocking Potential: Enterprise Customer Success Role
At Atlassian, we empower teams to achieve remarkable results. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers towards optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive customer adoption and satisfaction across a portfolio of Atlassian customers in Southeast Asia
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers from C-Suite to global teams, ensuring they receive maximum value from our solutions
* Collaborate with the customer and Atlassian Account Team to create customized Success Plans, including regular check-ins and strategic planning sessions
* Manage post-sales activity through relationship-building, product expertise, and execution
* Maintain an understanding of our products and solutions, advising customers on relevant features for their specific needs
* Engage with customers to unlock early and sustained product adoption and success
* Mitigate churn through early risk identification, intervention, escalation, and mitigation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5-8 years in Customer Success or account management with experience managing Enterprise customers with complex SaaS product portfolios
* Established track record of building trusted advisor relationships with customer partners
* Experience using Success Plans to align business strategies and identify success metrics
* Understanding of common Jira and Confluence end-user use cases and ability to demonstrate those use cases
* Experience balancing a book of business in a customer-facing environment
* Familiarity with Gainsight (or similar CRM tool), Salesforce, and BI tools such as Tableau
