As an Employment Success Officer, you're not just filling a role; you're embarking on a fulfilling journey where you'll combine advocacy, relationship-building, and problem-solving to empower individuals and transform lives.
What you'll be doing:
3. Identifying and addressing barriers to employment, crafting tailored solutions.
4. Building strong relationships with participants, employers, and community networks.
5. Supporting participants through job applications, onboarding, and workplace integration.
6. Providing ongoing mentorship, motivation, and tailored support, especially for those with complex needs.
7. Partnering with employers to create inclusive opportunities and resolve workplace challenges.
8. Delivering post-placement support and maintaining accurate progress records.
* Promoting Castle's services and engaging with local businesses to expand our impact.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Lake Haven location, with the potential for occasional work at other Castle locations. The Salary for this role is paid based on an award rate at $33.04/hr with room to progress to the higher pay points. If you do bring Industry knowledge and experience, there may be potential to align you to a higher pay point.

To excel in this role, you should have:
9. Relevant Certificate IV or specific industry qualification or equivalent knowledge and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
10. Demonstrated experience or transferable experience in employment services and an enhanced working knowledge of strategies to address barriers to employment
11. Demonstrated ability to communicate flexibly, resolve conflict and work with stakeholders to deliver customer service
12. Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office, databases and business systems with attention to detail
13. Demonstrated willingness to work in various positions and under a range of circumstances with participants to stabilise their employment
14. Demonstrated personal integrity, professionalism and empathy towards people living with disabilities
15. Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments
* Demonstrated relationship management and engagement skills with key stakeholders
Essential Criteria

16. An NDIS Workers Check (or a willingness to obtain one).
17. A Working With Children Check (or a willingness to obtain one).
18. A driver's license and/or reliable transportation.
* Willingness to understand and agree with Castle's Vision, Purpose and Value statements and the ability to apply these values to your own work
