Duty Manager – Aquahub, Aquanation, Croydon Memorial Pool
Rate of Pay: $36.30 per hour + 25% casual loading.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to develop their leadership skills within the broader Maroondah Leisure Team. Within this role we are looking for someone who is organised, professional and has great initiative.
You Will Need Demonstrated Experience In
* Supervisory role within an aquatic facility including a sound understanding of aquatic operations.
* Leading, managing and coaching team members in achievement of team and organisational goals and objectives.
* Day‐to‐day pool operations including plant room operations and maintenance, water quality control, commercial pool filtration and disinfection, facility programming, customer liaison, resources management and quality control.
* Understanding of effective operational policies for facilities and activities related to aquatic programs including Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Human Resources and Quality Management.
* High‐level interpersonal and communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external facility stakeholders.
* Wide range of availability to work a span of hours including weekends.

Essential Requirements
* Pool Lifeguard Award.
* Level 2 / Senior / Apply / Provide First Aid.
* Current Provide / Perform CPR.
* Advanced Resuscitation.
* National Police / Criminal History Check.
* Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check.
Desirable Criteria
* Aquatic Technical Operator / Pool Operators Certificate.
