Executive Search Leader
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search leader to lead our Australia and New Zealand search business as a Managing Partner. This is a key role on our global leadership team to strengthen our reputation as the leading healthcare executive search firm across Asia Pacific.
This is a career-defining opportunity for someone who has partner-level experience in leading retained executive searches, ideally with healthcare market knowledge. The successful candidate will have a background in global search firms or boutiques with board and C-suite level exposure in search mandates.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding client and candidate expectations as a premier global healthcare search partner. They will be motivated by growing business and building exceptional relationships, with a high level of emotional intelligence and leadership skills.
About the Role
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the Australia and New Zealand Search business, including people and performance, financial and operational process management, and client engagement
* Accountable for managing the P&L across A/NZ
* Lead the global research team, strategic partnerships, delivery, and oversight of marketing and operations
* Lead national client engagement and oversee the delivery of executive searches
* Drive business development and growth, engaging new healthcare clients across A/NZ
* Build and cultivate a strong culture where the team can thrive and develop under your leadership

* Partner-level experience in leading retained executive searches, ideally with healthcare market knowledge
* Background in global search firms or boutiques with board and C-suite level exposure in search mandates
