We are seeking 2 experienced Construction Advisors and a Construction Management Supervisor (CMS) to support the delivery of site-based construction and utilities infrastructure across a major mine development project. Construction Advisors – Project Delivery (Mine Development) The experienced Construction Advisor will support the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of site-based construction works across a major mine development project on Hope Downs. This is a hands-on, field-focused role where strong contractor engagement, safety leadership, and construction assurance are critical to success. About the Role Reporting to the Superintendent / Delivery Lead, you will provide day-to-day construction execution support and site coordination across multi-disciplinary works. You will provide visible on-site leadership through daily engagement, including pre-starts and contractor coaching, to ensure safe and compliant work practices. Support construction delivery across multi-disciplinary works by tracking progress, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment with project schedules and governance. Coordinate permits, mobilisation, site access, and overall work readiness while working closely with delivery teams, operations, HSE, and contractors. Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and maintain accurate site documentation, reporting, and support for shutdown activities. About You Proven experience in site-based construction delivery (civil, mechanical, electrical, or structural) – civil highly regarded Strong understanding of contractor management and construction governance Confident communicator with the ability to influence and coach in the field High attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-risk environments Construction Management Supervisor (CMS) / Utilities Technical Advisor The experienced Construction Management Supervisor (CMS) / Utilities Technical Advisor will join a high-performing Asset Management team supporting hydrocarbons, water, and wastewater infrastructure across multiple site operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on technical advisory, compliance, and contractor management, ensuring safe and reliable operation of critical utilities systems. About the Role You will provide technical oversight, troubleshooting, and compliance support across utilities infrastructure while managing contractor performance and asset integrity. You will also provide technical guidance and troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, including exposure to PLC and SCADA. Lead the resolution of issues across hydrocarbons, water, and wastewater infrastructure while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Coordinate audit actions, support licensing requirements, and oversee inspections of fuel and water systems. Monitor asset performance, including treatment systems and storage infrastructure, while maintaining accurate compliance reporting. Lead contractor management, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations, and contribute to asset planning and project delivery. About You Proven experience in utilities (hydrocarbons, water & wastewater) within mining or heavy industry Demonstrated leadership and contractor management experience Schedule 26 certified Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and safety systems Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical or Civil.
