About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and expanding our footprint within the industrial and mining markets. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who thrives in a regional environment and understands the unique dynamics of the Goldfields.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within mining, construction, and industrial sectors
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
* Conduct site visits and present tailored product solutions
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
About You
* Proven experience in business development or technical sales (industrial, mining, or related sectors preferred)
* Strong network within the Kalgoorlie/Goldfields region (highly regarded)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills
* Self‐motivated with the ability to work autonomously
* Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
