The organisation currently operates a residential aged care service and independent living services, with strong local roots and a committed Board.
Growth plans have been identified, including site expansion and entry into home and community care.

The Mandate
As CEO, you will:
* Lead the development and ratification of a clear strategic plan
* Review and implement an aligned organisational structure
* Strengthen financial and clinical governance oversight
* Stabilise and develop culture through change
* Assess and progress service expansion opportunities, including home care and site growth
This is a hands‐on leadership role in a boutique environment. You will be required to balance strategy with operational awareness and bring calm, steady direction.
About You
You come from the aged care, health or disability sector.
You are an experienced executive leader who understands regulated environments and the accountability that comes with them. You will bring:
* Strong financial and governance literacy
* Demonstrated ability to lead change
* Aptitude and wherewithal to work directly with a Board
* Thorough understanding of clinical governance (although you don't need to be an RN)
