Store Manager – Trainer
Role Overview
Reporting to the BDM and collaborating with the L&D team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards and impeccable reputation of the Schnitz Centre of Excellence. You will be accountable for day‐to‐day operations and delivering a strong bottom line while also being responsible for training and supporting incoming franchise partners to embody our brand ethos and deliver outstanding service to customers.
This role is solely store based; however, your time will be split between store operations and the training of new Franchise Partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, and profitability.
* Facilitate a consistently great Schnitz experience for all guests and create a culture where the guest comes first at all times.
* Guard all Schnitz standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
* Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
* Take charge of the six‐week training for franchise partners, managers, and staff, focusing on operational best practices, customer service standards, and brand values.
* Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Maintain diligent training records and liaise with the L&D team to ensure trainee Franchise Partners are set up for success.
Key Qualifications
* Minimum five years experience in a store‐manager capacity in the fast‐casual/QSR sector with a proven ability to achieve operational success.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate and inspire others.
* Detail‐oriented with strong organizational skills and a sharp focus on maintaining high standards of quality and service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
* Proven track record of delivering high‐quality training programs to management personnel, achieving measurable results.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Willingness and availability to travel as needed to support new store openings and training initiatives.
* Qualifications in training or business management highly regarded.
