Lead Housekeeper Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will train and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain our suites and public areas to the highest standard.
You'll be responsible for rostering and managing the housekeeping team, ensuring effective cost control through monitoring expenses and maintaining a keen eye for detail during inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Housekeeping in the luxury hotel/resort industry
* Management experience in a remote working environment
* A great sense of humour and the ability to instil this approach in your team
* The willingness to support the Housekeeping and broader lodge team in day-to-day operations
* The highest level of attention to detail
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of guests and team members
