AMBI is seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor – Management Courses to deliver and assess the Diploma of Salon Management, Diploma of Leadership and Management, and Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management.
About the Role
You will deliver engaging, compliant vocational training and assessment, supporting students to develop leadership, management, and business skills for the beauty, wellness, and service industries. The role ensures full compliance with ASQA 2025 Standards, CRICOS, and ESOS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality training and competency-based assessments
* Conduct RPL and Credit Transfer assessments
* Support and mentor domestic and international students
* Maintain accurate training and assessment records
* Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement
* Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance activities
Essential Requirements
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
* Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
* Minimum 2–3 years' experience training and assessing management or leadership courses
* Strong knowledge of RTO compliance, ASQA, CRICOS, and ESOS requirements
Desirable
* Higher qualifications in management or business
* Experience teaching international students
* Industry experience in salon, hospitality, or service management
* Experience with blended or digital delivery
