We are a Service Design agency based in Melbourne.
We specialise in identifying failure demand across operational teams, conducting research on customer needs and preferences, and developing customer journeys and CX frameworks.
Our mission is to work with organisations to align customer and business goals, to deliver commercial outcomes and make a positive impact on customers.
We require a Design Research Lead/Senior Service Designer to lead qualitative research projects, facilitate workshops with clients, present research outcomes to Executive teams, and mentor the team.
The role requires critical thinking, analytical skills, expertise in journey mapping and blueprinting, experience with Product Design and managing Product Performance and Lifecycle Management.
You will also be expected to design and lead workshop facilitation, positively influence and manage client expectations, possess data visualisation skills and advanced training or degrees in research.
