As an Industrial Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial control systems across various sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality technical support and maintenance for industrial control systems
* Troubleshoot and implement system modifications to ensure reliable plant operations
* Install, service, and upgrade industrial control equipment
* Execute control system projects using industry-standard tools
* Provide customer reports, respond to call-outs, and maintain strong client relationships
* Identify business opportunities during site visits
* Participate in on-call roster and after-hours support as required
* Ensure compliance with engineering processes and safety standards
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
* 5-10 years' experience in SCADA, DCS, Safety Systems, and advanced software applications
* Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation and control systems
* Experience with network setup and maintenance
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Valid unrestricted driver's license
* Ability to travel to remote and offshore sites
