Due to overwhelming customer interest and our rapidly expanding vehicle range, we're looking to grow our team to meet demand and continue delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
BYD has been the most exciting new manufacturer in the automotive industry and is now the world's largest New Energy Vehicle producer. Four fully electric models – Atto 3, Dolphin, Seal and Sealion 7 – are now available in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
The Product Specialist will assist in introducing our customers to the exciting BYD product, working alongside a highly supportive team.
You will be trained and educated to know all the specifics of the vehicles, from battery capabilities to performance features.
Key activities include:
* Assist customers in exploring BYD EV options and benefits.
* Educate customers on vehicle specifications and driving experience.
* Use tablet technology to capture customer data efficiently.
* Build strong relationships with customers and convey information clearly.
Qualities and Experience
Desirable criteria:
* Exceptional people skills and engaging personality.
* Team‑oriented mindset, building relationships and educating on electric vehicles.
* Ability to use tablet technology and capture customer data.
* Excellent communication and information‑transfer skills.
* Valid driver's license.
* Natural passion for guiding and assisting customers.
* Positive attitude, looking for opportunities to exceed customer and management expectations.
This position requires a 5‑day work week, including Saturdays.
