The Opportunity
Recruitment Consultant - 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract, ending March 2027, based at our Head Office in Ringwood, Victoria.
Drive recruitment excellence by coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing new opportunities through strategic reverse marketing. Deliver exceptional customer service while successfully placing quality candidates with host employers across diverse industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute high-quality, end-to-end recruitment processes from advertisement to offer
* Source, assess, and interview candidates across various specialisations
* Build strategic relationships with business partners and stakeholders
* Deliver superior customer service and supply quality candidates to clients
* Manage and develop active talent pools through reverse marketing
* Maintain recruitment systems, records, and generate vacancy reports
* Drive continuous improvement through performance measurement and feedback
About You
As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you'll bring:
* Proven high-volume, end-to-end recruitment experience
* Experience recruiting within the IT sector will be highly valued
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strategic relationship building capabilities
* Strong understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
* Knowledge of job offer processes and industry regulations
