The Pharmacist - Clinical Educator position facilitates opportunities for learning & excellence in clinical education, staff development and research across the hospital and health service. Within this scope, the role will have accountability to provide education and training of undergraduate, intern, residents, general level, senior level, and new-to-hospital Pharmacists in clinical pharmacy practice across the HHS. In addition, there will be a requirement to participate in the design, implementation, and evaluation of pharmacy practitioner development programs. Key Responsibilities include: * Planning, developing, facilitating, implementing and evaluating evidence based clinical education, including monitoring and reporting on relevant key performance indicators. * Collaborates and consults with the Professional Director, University partners and Student Hub regarding student planning, coordination and integration of student education across SCHHS. * Coordinate clinical education programs for graduate pharmacy staff and support clinicians to undertake clinical education of pre-entry students and new graduates, including ongoing monitoring and identification of local clinical education needs. Remuneration value up to $13,113 p.m., comprising salary between $4912.70 - $5286.40 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed Term Temporary Full time, 76 hrs p.f. for 9 months).
