Join the Mitchelton Wines 2026 Vintage Team. Mitchelton Wines is a proud family-owned winery dedicated to crafting high-quality wines from our estate vineyards in Nagambie and select grower vineyards across Victoria. We are seeking motivated Vintage Cellar Hands to join our winery team for the 2026 harvest season. The vintage typically runs from January/February through to the end of April, depending on workload and the season. Working alongside our experienced winery crew and reporting to the Cellar Supervisor, you'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of winemaking — from fruit intake and fermentation through to bottling and dispatch.

What we're looking for
Previous cellar/vintage or laboratory experience essential
Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Forklift licence preferred but not essential
Own vehicle would be advantageous
