We value trust and transparency.About the role:We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to join our enthusiastic team, supporting and developing our business in Perth and surrounding regions. This role offers the opportunity to build your career, learn our winning strategies, and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment alongside a team of entrepreneurial salespeople.Your main responsibilities will include researching and identifying commercial opportunities for LIQUI MOLY within the professional buyer segment. You will also support existing accounts and retail stores to expand the use and advocacy of our products, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective time management and proactive engagement.Successful candidates will need to quickly earn trust with clients, act with urgency, find innovative lead generation methods, and strive for results. Some interstate travel may be required.About you:You should have experience in automotive retail sales, mechanical repairs, or on-the-road account management. You are eager to start immediately, build trust, create new leads, and positively impact team success. You enjoy participating in sponsorship events occasionally and can work within a structured sales environment, staying focused and accountable.You are solution-focused, organized, punctual, and attentive to customer needs. You ask relevant questions, relate well to customers, and develop plans to identify new opportunities. Confidence in cold calling, building trust, and maintaining long-lasting connections is essential. A strong knowledge of cars and a keen interest in motorsport or vehicle restoration is preferred.
