We are seeking a proactive and organised professional to join our project team based in Western Australia. You will provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth site operations and effective communication across the project.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all site administration tasks
* Participating in project meetings and actioning follow-ups as required
* Coordinating and booking accommodation for site personnel
* Processing daily timesheet entries
* Liaising with Payroll Services to resolve queries promptly
* Assisting the Superintendent with general administrative duties as needed
* Generating and maintaining daily sign-on sheets and timesheets
* Maintaining client manning lists and travel movement records while on site
* Updating and managing various registers
About You:
* Previous administration experience ideally in a site-based or project environment
* Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships
* Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
