Responsibilities
* Quoting, booking and invoicing cruise bookings and packages
* Ensure that KPIs are met, meeting and exceed monthly sales targets
* Support and handle walk in, email & telephone enquiries efficiently and accurately
* Maximise sales opportunities by upselling & cross-selling
* Monitor and action all relevant mailboxes daily
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive product information in order to deliver and generate sales
Who are you?
* Proven experience working in a customer service environment and working towards sales targets
* Minimum 2 years' retail or wholesale experience in the Cruise or Travel Industry
* GDS experience
* Exceptional focus on details, adept problem-solving skills, and thrive under pressure
* Ambitious, highly motivated, and proficient in organizing tasks efficiently
