Responsibilities
* Property graduate (from an API approved course) to work with our specialist residential development valuations team towards CPV certification.
* Hands on training and experience with day‐to‐day mentoring from a highly successful, experienced Director.
* Be involved in all facets of the valuation and consultancy process, including preliminary work, undertaking property inspections, client marketing, compiling valuation data, sales/leasing analysis, and preparing quality valuation reports and advice.
* Undertaking work for a range of clients including major institutions, banks, corporates, and developers on a range of developments across all of Queensland.
* Obtain hands on experience and progress towards achieving Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status.

Qualifications
* Property graduate eager to pursue CPV registration and a career in valuations.
* Driven by curiosity and analytical thinking with a proactive and positive approach to work.
* A keen interest in residential development, including built form and masterplan communities.
* Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems.
* Understanding or knowledge of Estate Master is beneficial.
* A strong work ethic and desire to further your career in the fast‐paced world of valuations.
