Warehouse Manager – Dandenong South
Full-Time | Hands-On Leadership Role
MUVE Logistics is a growing leader in the Transport and Logistics industry, delivering reliable, efficient solutions across Australia. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our Dandenong South operations.
This role suits a practical leader who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and building high-performing teams.
About the Role
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and continuous improvement of our Dandenong South warehouse operations. You will work closely with your team to drive safety, efficiency, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading daily warehouse operations through visible, hands-on leadership
* Working alongside the team when required to meet operational demands
* Driving safety, compliance, and Chain of Responsibility standards
* Implementing and improving systems, processes, and workflows
* Developing and maintaining SOPs and operational documentation
* Recruiting, onboarding, and developing warehouse staff
* Monitoring KPIs, productivity, and service performance
* Building a strong, engaged, and accountable team culture
About You
You are a confident, approachable leader who earns respect through action, consistency, and strong work ethic.
You will bring:
* Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management
* Strong hands-on leadership style
* Solid understanding of warehouse systems and operations
* Good knowledge of WMS and TMS. CartonCloud & Transvirtual experience preferred but not essential
* Knowledge of compliance, COR, and WHS requirements
* Demonstrated ability to build a positive safety culture
* Excellent communication and people management skills
* Forklift licence
* Business or Management qualification (desirable, not essential)
