Duties and Responsibilities:
* Inventory Management: Process inventory transactions via USA systems, manage inventory accounts, and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Warehouse Operations: Supervise receipt, storage, handling, packaging, and shipping of inventory from the warehouse facility.
* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations, including scheduling and dispatching.
* Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, supervisors, and external partners to ensure clear understanding of tasks and deadlines.
Requirements:
* Education and Experience: Relevant education or experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
* Skills and Qualifications: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Special Requirements: Must be an Australian citizen to meet security requirements.
