Information Management Leader
We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team and drive the delivery of quality services in information management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and application of departmental recordkeeping and information management policies, standards, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of quality services in information management, physical and electronic recordkeeping, and Right to Information (RTI).
* Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements and streamlining of data and information processes.
* Support and develop a high-performing team and foster a positive and client-focused workplace culture.
* Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through consultation, collaboration, and negotiations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Information Management or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in information management, policy development, and team leadership.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with electronic Document and Records Management Systems (eDRMS).
