Key Responsibilities
* Manage operations, maintenance, and compliance by establishing and executing planned preventive maintenance programs
* Provide technical and maintenance guidance to support the centre management team and clients
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance is carried out to a high standard
* Oversee day-to-day operations, including engineering, risk management, and compliance
* Identify opportunities to improve maintenance and operational efficiencies
* Coordinate Emergency Evacuation Training and Procedures
* Support sustainability goals
* Manage contracts and agreements with contractors
* Utilise the Facility Request Centre to address tenant requests
* Support capital works projects and capital expenditure implementation
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities and/or property industry
* Trade qualification in electrical, mechanical engineering, or plumbing
* Hold a valid Property Managers Registration License
* Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management or related field
* Valid driver's license
* Solid understanding of Facilities Management and strong knowledge of maintenance best practices
* Proven track record in contractor management and quality control
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Practical and proactive attitude
