Job Description
We are seeking a Front-of-House Administrator to manage our salon operations and client experience.
This role is central to the success of our team and will involve greeting clients, managing bookings and rebookings, handling daily sales and financial transactions, and maintaining accurate stock records.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth service flow, handling client communications, and supporting payroll preparation and time-sheet reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all bookings, rebookings, and client communications
* Handle daily sales processing, POS transactions, reporting, and KPI tracking
* Support payroll preparation, time-sheet reviews, and financial administration
* Maintain accurate stock and product records; assist with ordering and supplier coordination
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced administrator who has strong customer service skills, advanced organisational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be tech-savvy and confident in troubleshooting basic IT issues, and be able to work well under pressure.

Additional Information
Working hours will include at least one late night per week (Wed or Thu until 8:30 pm) and at least one Saturday per month. You should also be comfortable working full-time hours with flexibility to support business needs during peak periods or events.
