Human Resources Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering solutions that drive business performance and foster a positive work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Support the full employee lifecycle at Burnie site operations and Smithton site, ensuring alignment with company policies and legislative requirements.
* Culture and Leadership Development: Deliver solutions around organisational structure, culture, and leadership development to drive business performance and promote a growth-driven work environment.
* People Issues Resolution: Identify people issues and provide advice and expertise to resolve these matters, supporting managers in their roles.
About You:
* Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in business, human resources, or a related field are required.
* Experience: 7–10 years' experience in human resources, with generalist experience preferred.
* Manufacturing Experience: Relevant experience within manufacturing or industrial settings, particularly with a blue-collar workforce.
