ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking experienced, Certificate III / IV Home Care Employees to join our casual pool, Providing essential support to older members of our local community. This is a flexible role with shifts available across Monday to Sunday.
Our Home Care service provides vital in-home support to older members of the local community, empowering them to maintain their independence and continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes.
As a Home Care Employee, no two days will be the same. You will deliver a variety of personalised services, including personal care, medication assistance, light meal preparation, domestic tasks, and transport to and from appointments. Working one-on-one with clients in their homes and out in the community, you will play an important role in enhancing their quality of life.
With a warm and compassionate approach, you will follow individualised care plans to provide respectful, attentive support that promotes your clients' dignity, wellbeing, and independence. Your empathy, reliability, and genuine desire to make a difference will be at the heart of everything you do.

WHO YOU ARE
Certificate III / IV in Individual Support or Aged Care
Commitment to work in harmony with Catholic Values and Principles
An energetic, positive attitude with a genuine interest in and compassion for people
Professional experience in the care sector
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team
The ability to observe accurately and follow directions precisely
Basic computer & phone skills with willingness to undergo training if needed
Flexibility to be able to work a range of shifts between Monday to Sunday
A Drivers Licence and own registered, comprehensively vehicle suitable to transport clients
